| Comments: I have emailed this seller 4 times requesting address where to send payment and have called him twice and even had C/S at gunauction.com call him but he either is ignoring my attempts or had no intentions of honoring his commitment of the sale. I will never recommend this seller. |

| Rebuttal: First of all I sent this person a check that we agreed upon. It was sent back to me because of wrong zip code. Check was resent back to him.If this is not the truth then e-mail him and ask him. Some people are never happy no matter what you do. |

Both elevation and windage adjustment turrents were broken and scope had been repainted from objective bell all the way back(freezing focus adjustment of eyepiece). He then failed to respond when I asked for a refund. Deal with at your own risk. |
