| Comments: Stock was advertised as a H S Precision. It was actually a Bell and Carlson Duramaxx, a much cheaper stock. Should know what your selling and shouldn't mislead potential buyers. Be careful |

| Rebuttal: I described the stock as it was received from the distributor and sold that item at a good price and shipped the item that was described. We have never had a Bell and Carlson stock so I couldn't have shipped it to you. |
