Comments: Seller advised he could not supply the item won, and agreed to make a refund. Although I have attempted to contact him four times by email and twice via phone (no answer), I have not had a response or refund to date (auction closed 8/27/05). I am filing a complaint with Postal Inspectors.

Comments: I paid for this magazine promptly. The seller never acknowledged receiving payment, never sent the magazazine to me and stopped responding to my e-mails.

Rebuttal: It would be great if people paid attention to the payment instructions. He makes it sound like I took his money...NOPE! Failed to follow instructions , and, so, his money is sitting in the PAYPAL system somewhere. Maybe you should leave yourself BAD FEEDBACK.
