| Comments: DEADBEAT! Wins an auction and then says the shipping charges are to high. UPS sets the price on shipping. He should have checked first to find out what the shipping charges are. I even offered to lower the shipping charges but since he is not a man of honor it didn't matter. He's a DEADBEAT! |
