| Comments: 8 days AFTER the auction ended, I was informed that it would be "Yeah, I'm sending out payment on payday which is next week. I thought I had mentioned that in the previous communication." making it a total of about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to get paid with NO arrangements made prior. |

| Rebuttal: Seller refused payment on 3/13/03 (9 days after auction closed. Doesn't tell the whole truth was informed that payment would be sent within 10-14 days. Has a PO BOX address & doesn't want to cooperate w/ providing phone number. So,who's gaffing who here? Wouldn't recommend trading with! |

| Comments: Gun was returned claiming it was non-functioning. Took it out to the range and it worked fine! Recieved a string of very nasty e-mails, Repeatedly tried to work this out. will forward them if you would like. Claims refund is lost in mail, am waiting for PO to refund to me. |

| Rebuttal: Seller shipped NON-functioning rifle graded NRA "VG" and was told what was wrong with it; probably repaired it after returned. Seller said that shipping both ways would be refunded of which never were! Of course I'd get nasty after being lied too several times wouldn't you??? |
