| Rebuttal: Item valued at $16 was mailed USPS, no insurance was bought, and was lost in mail. I was out of town for ten days. Negative FB was already posted when I returned. Buyer gave me no chance to remedy situation. I have two accounts on EBAY and other sites with +FB of over 150. |
