| Comments: Stock was shown as cracked, which was fine. It was double boxes, but shipped complete and not secured in box. Box wasn't damaged. May have been dropped. Stock broke into five pieces. In my opinion, damage was caused by poor packaging, not shipping. Barrels should have been removed for shipping. |

| Rebuttal: this old gun was listed as having a cracked stock ..it was double boxed and insured by ups ..the customer wants to keep the gun but does not want to claim any insurance for the damage ...beware of him ..he is banned from my auctions |

| Comments: Stock was cut, pull only 11 3/4", not mentioned at any time. When ralphe was contacted, he offered to refund auction amount. I declined because of cost to receive, $32.(shipping and FFL transaction charges) and return, $20. minimun, plus my time and aggravation. I pay for other's mistake. |

| Comments: Sent wrong barrel,picture has bell on end.he offered to try to send right one or refund money but not worth loss of more postage on a 10 dollar flaregun barrel.I will just eat it.runs the same add everywhere be sure to make sure before bidding. |

| Comments: Ralphe was asked about the safety logo on the barrel. He stated it didn't have one. When the ruger was received, It had one. I decided to keep the revolver and sell it instead of sending it back. |

| Rebuttal: the 2 holes on the barrel are for the original factory rear sight ..not extra holes ..if he claims to be a collector he should have known that ..leaving a false neutral is very short sighted ...he should buy a book and stop guessing at what he is buying .. |
