After talking 4 or 5 minutes while he reviewed my bid, he told me he couldn't sell me the gun as it was 'picked up by the police as stolen." Could've contacted me sooner to say the auction was off. Asked for current copy of driver's license (which he didn't even need)and would not respond to questions about the status of the shipment. Shipped the rifle 13 days after auction ended. Wouldn't recommend him |

| Rebuttal: and as due to your dl in my computer i put to whom it was sold to which is you the buyer and i release the gun to your ffl dealer of your choice but that is how my local agents request and if that is not knowing what i am doing than i will take it all day bc i have to please them and if it upset |
