Comments: I purchased from acme 1 30rd 10/22 mag the first time I went to the range and loaded it, it split the lips. Upon closer inspection it was not a fresh split and is unnoticeable when the mag is empty. KOB

Rebuttal: The first I heard of this when I was checking my feedback. No contact was made by buyer to inform me of the problem or would have GLADLY corrected it. Buyer states that it was not noticeable therefore we did not notice. We try to rectify any problems, but we have to be notified first.

Comments: Sorry but I'll be the stick in the mud, my gun was paid for and not shipped for three weeks after they had the money and my dealers FFL, then the gun was damaged when I recived it and it was not from shipping but looked like it was put in a vice?? also grip safety did not work right this may not have been damage from them but I would think that they would check the gun before shipping it out. But the shipping thing is there problem. also I send 8 e-mails and never got a e-mail back.

Rebuttal: Well of course I'm sorry if there was a problem with this order, as for having sent me 8 emails regarding the problem, if you did send them, I did not receive them. This actually the first I've heard of any such problem. I include my telephone number with my notices, it seems if there was a problem with your firearm, you would have called when you didn't receive answers to your emails. I'm not unreasonable to deal with, and am happy to rectify problems, but can only do so when they are brought to my attention. My apologies again, but as I said, this is the first I've heard of any of this.
