Comments: Great price & seller was initially responsive. Item was shipped quickly & I recieved a tracking number. The gun had a couple minor dings even though it was NIB. However, it was missing the scope rings that all ruger rifles come with. I emailed seller SEVERAL times about the rings with no response.

Comments: We did not agree on the condition of a revolver I bought from John's Gun Shop. They said send it back and we'll pay shipping both ways. They did. Very nice people to deal with.

Rebuttal: Please read the NRA Rating syatem as posted on Auction Arms: "EXCELLENT: All original parts; over 80% original finish; sharp lettering, numerals, and design on metal and wood; unmarred wood; fine bore." Firearm was at least 90% with all original parts, etc. Photos attest.
