| Comments: I was the WINNER of Benelli Legacy, Send him 6 e-mail, asked him for address and phone # He never returne any of my messages. Also left him my phone # and the address NO RESPONCE. Don't know what his problem. Don't recomend to deal with this person. GOGA |

| Rebuttal: Oh Yea!! Sure I posted it for sale and didn't contact him after it sold. If you believe that one I've got some Ocean front property to sell in Oklahoma. Didn't have the money to pay for what he bid on and he never contacted me PERIOD!! |
