| Comments: seller failed to notify me when firearm was shipped leaving me with no idea when to ask off from work to pick it up at dealer. when firearm arrived it came without receivers signature so it sat on the mailbox out in the country allday where anyone could take it. |

| Rebuttal: I always notify sender when gun is being shipped and I always inform them gun will be shipped priority mail, which keeps shipping cost down. If buyer had asked for return receipt requested, I would have sent it that way. Sorry buyer wasn't satisfied. AGYG. |
