Comments: Received rifle from Red's with a considerable amount of finish missing from the forearm that was advertised as "Condition: NRA Excellent - Little to no wear". They refunded my purchase price promptly but it cost me about $50 to see something that I didn't want.

Rebuttal: This rifle was manufactured in 1969, this person seems to have a history of sending guns back for refunds. The second highest bidder ended up purchasing this rifle and his exact words were "That buyer is nuts!" I still issued a refund with no questions asked but I will not refund shipping.

Comments: The item was listed as NRA fine . However, the wood was refinished and very poorly so- which would not qualify for NRA fine. I returned the item and received a prompt refund. Very good emails

Rebuttal: There were 15 pictures taken that showed very well every inch of the firearm in good lighting. I did not dispute the reason for the refund. This firearm was promptly relisted and sold for a higher amount and that buyer was very pleased.
