| Comments: I ordered 2 mags for a tokarev. I found that 1 of the mags was defective. Part of the follower was broken off. I tried to contact seller by E mail within 24 hours. He has not responded to any of my Emails. After several days,I can only assume that He does not want to take care of this problem. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer have received magazines in factory condition - sealed in original grease and originally wrapped. Because this is old production - there isn't any warranty !!!! Maybe buyer broke it during degreasing or abused mag. |

| Comments: The first time I checked on my knife he said he sent it a couple of days ago.Then later he said he sent it the day I emailed him.When I received my new knife the blade had corrrosion on it.The handle was also poorly finished from the factory. |
