| Comments: After he won the auction he backed out. He said he couldn't get an FFL to recieve a transfer from a CA resident. No FFL I talk to or anyone at auction arms have ever heard of this. I believe he just didn't want it anymore. He said he would send me my listing fees and he has never done that either. |

| Rebuttal: I did not back out. The ffl I have used for numerous transactions said he would not receive a gun from CA. Brad relisted the item before I could make other arrangements. I offered to pay for the relisting fees and he never contacted me with the amount. AA refunded him when he left negative on me. |
