| Comments: Asked about possible damage on fore end, Claimed it was a compression mark. Received rifle.Both side ears on fore end had been broken and repaired. Talked to him about a solution. Then nothing. No notification that rifle had shipped. Poor experience. |

| Comments: Bid on the Mossberg 500A and won the bid on august 23rd and gave credit card info on August 28th and have called the owner 3-4 times and card has not been charged and owner has not contacted me. I did contact a FFL and he was supposed to send his license to the owner. |

| Comments: Seller listed item on forum not disclosing that maybe the item could be sold in his shop. I bid and won the item. Seller sends me e-mail he has sold item. This kind of forum usage should not be allowed. Either, items are for sale on this forum or their not. This transaction should be completed |

| Rebuttal: all of my auctions specify that the items are subject to sale in my store if there are no bids on it. This one sold right at quitting time and I didn't close out the auction until the next morning. |
