| Comments: I had the winning bid on this person’s item. The deal went bad when I wanted to make arrangements that would ensure I was not defrauded such as COD charges in advance paid by me or I was going to have some one pick the items up. Less than 10 hours after the auction closed the seller found another buyer and dismissed my bid. This seller has obviously never been defrauded over the Internet or may have been more willing to work with me. My opinion is that I made the winning bid and he should not have reneged on the sale especially so quickly. Your choice to bid or not but I recommend not to waste your time or be carefull. |

| Rebuttal: This guy wound not send a check or money order. He only wanted to pay C O D. I told him I have a P O box and couldn't accept C O D. That wasn't good enough for him. He broke the auction rules. I told him I would sell the mags to someone else and let off the hook. Don't bid unless you intend to pay for the item. I let him get out of the auction agreement and he gives me negative feed back. |
