| Comments: Auction Arms e-mailed him that I won. I e-mailed him that I won. I gave him my address and phone and asked where to send my payment. No reply. No reply. No reply. This seems to have happened to others before. I don't think that this seller really wants to sell to the highest bidder. |

| Rebuttal: I am not in the habbit of turning away money, especially when the bid was $62.50 more than my reserve.I think this is a case of overbidding and decided that making it look as though I didn't want to do business was alot easier than coughing up the dough for an obvious blunder. |

| Comments: I was notified by Auction Arms I was high bidder on auction item 4700201213 kabar boot knife (reserve not met). I e-mailed this seller through the Auction Arms e-mail facility requesting the reserve price and my high bid difference. I was on Auciton Arms tonight the kabar is at auction #3916122757 and I did not receive even the courtesy of an e-mail response to my e-mail request. |

| Rebuttal: Hi! I was checking my feedback and I noticed a negative. Maybe I'm confused but i thought the purpose of feedback was to inform others as to weather or not the Item was as stated, or if the person they had delt with was shadey,the item never showed up things like that. Not that So and So didn't email me back. The way things go how does someone know if it was even received at the other end. If it was that much of an issue he or they should email again to be sure it was received. I notice that you have no feedback. Feedback is very important PLEASE be sure to think before you just jot down your petty beefs on someones feedback. I'm sure if anyone choses to give you feedback, you would want it to be positive, as I want positive feedback!!!! And in the future so we have no more problems or misinturpretations, I would prefer if you didn't bid on any of my auctions!!!!! And ALL BECAUSE OF AN EMAIL..WHICH IS NOT FOOLPROOF.
