| Rebuttal: Sale not completed for 2 reasons: 1)I was called out of the country on an emergency,when back,e-mailed seller. no response. 2)In going over the bid history,seller had one of his friends bidding against me evry inch of the way. THAT'S FRAUD! |

| Comments: Buyer wants to back out.He emails after successful bid that he can get the item for $150.00 cheaper and can I match the price. I wouldn't blame him , but a Colt Stainless XSE model DOES NOT SELL for $600.00. Avoid this bidder. |

| Rebuttal: Seller is a scammer!!! firearm posted over and over again.The second I bid on it.I won,which raised my suspicions. a misrepresentation. Also the bid was not for a Colt XSE but a Colt Combat Commander. Additionally,I sent him 20.00 to cover his having to rebut. Avoid them |
