| Comments: I made an honest mistake on a bid and was the only bidder for item.I assumed the bayonet came with scabbard and it did not. I should never assume. I was willing to pay the fee but seller was very hostile towards me. |

| Rebuttal: AFTER bidder placed bid, he asks if scabbard included. Told him no, bayonet only. Then told me he didn't want to pay what he bid, wanted me to cancel bid. Told him I don't do that. He said if I did not cancel, he would not pay. No payment. I was never hostile. |
