| Comments: M.1887 pistol ok. Adverse due to seller insisting on $35 overnight vs considering USPS. Seller said he would refund diff. then shipped USPS for $8.95 and refunded $10, shorting me $15.15. Stated difference went to FFL dealer. Pistol not shipped from dealer and no dealer FFL included??? |

| Rebuttal: I have FFL's receipt for $25.00 for the S&H fee. He advocated shipping by USPS (federal crime without FFL) or regular UPS & risk account closure. If he didn't like the $35.00 shipping charge he shouldn't have bid on the auction. I recommmend caution when dealing with this person. |
