| Comments: Sent Payment Information out at end of auction on 6-23-04 and a follow up e- mail 10 days later with no response. It is now 7-21-04 and I have to post Negative feedback as a deadbeat bidder. If he had problems he could have contacted me by phone, but failed to do so. |

| Rebuttal: Payment was sent promptly, and a personal check was OK'ed by seller. I was not rude at all in emails. Seller went to Canada before he decided to ship out my rifle. Then when he did return, he didn't ship it like he promised he would, then lied to me in emails. Again, I say, STAY AWAY! |

| Rebuttal: I emailed BillieBob four times asking for his mailing address to send out payment and FFL. I gave up after it had been over ten days since the end of the auction. He then emailed me and asked why I hadn't contacted him. He had already re-listed the pistol for auction before I ever heard from him. |
