| Comments: I was the high bidder for this item, but had to return it because it didn't meet the description. Seller was a little slow in issuing refund, but eventually corrected the situa- tion. This seller has a variety of listings, and I hope he doesn't give me cause to return an item if I buy again. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer is 100% correct. The description on the posting was not correct, ported vs non ported. Customer asked for a refund while I was out of town, upon my return a refund was issued at once. Hopefully buyer will try us again. |
