| Comments: Dead beat bidder, made transaction difficult, did not want to send FFL, was asking for firearm serial to put on the check...acts very suspicious like he does not want the firearm to go to a licensed dealer. Sale is now refused and I will relist at a later time. |

| Rebuttal: All untrue. I was not high bidder. Seller tried to use email to complete the transaction. Insisted on a bank check. I insisted he give the serial number, for my check. He would not. He then said he was a cop and tried to browbeat me into sending him money. I did not, & he wrote this negative. |
