SENT 2ND E-MAIL BUT NO RESPONCE,I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN,BUT AT LEAST A REPLY WOULD BE NICE, WILL RELIST ITEM BACK FOR AUCTION.I HAD TO BACK OUT OF A BID ONCE, BUT I ATLEAST CONTACTED THE SELLER RIGHT AWAY AND LET HIM KONW SITUATION,IT SAVED MY RATING!!!! |

Look at all the negative feedback submitted. My question to Auction Arms is "Why is this person still allowed to participate in bidding?" |

| Comments: "Trudy" was the winning bidder in my auction #5951170830 that closed on November 17, 1999. He initially promptly responded to my email message notifying him he was the high bidder and said he would send payment. When payment was not received by the end of the ten day payment period, I sent him four emails and received no reply to any of them. I then twice attempted to contact him by phone, and left a message but received no reply. I finally reached him by phone on December 3, and he quickly told me he had sent payment that day. It is now a week later, December 10, and NO PAYMENT has been received. "Trudy" is both a DEADBEAT BIDDER and is untruthful. |
