| Comments: "BUYERS BEWARE" Several days ago I made several bids on and won the hi bid on a Benelli shot gun Item # 1937161822 the reserve was met. I have tried several attempts for days to get in touch with this seller. They will not return my e-mails to let me know where to send the money for my purchase. I even tried to ask a question about one of their other auctions that I was going to bid on with no response. Is this the way to conduct business?? If this person can not even return a e- mail or answer a question on another one of their auctions how could they be trusted with the payment on a gun? The sad thing about this is all they have to do is change their name and continue on. |

| Rebuttal: 7555 was notified via email on Monday 10/18 of his winning bid and his second email on a second gun was also answered. We apologized for any inconvince to 7555 but explained to him that we were called out of town suddenly on Friday due to a family emergency. If this is 7555 standard business ethics then we really don't care to do business with a person of this character. |
