| Comments: bought my HK 94 & wouldnt pay. tried to buy on & off the auction & bid both ways. included shipping in his off site bid & then tried to make me pay not only for it & insurance, but ship & insure the extras seperately. even after i offered to do whatever he wanted he didnt pay. stay away. |

| Rebuttal: The sell lied, have emails to prove that. Said since we couldn't agree, he was cool for me to back out of deal since he had another buyer for the gun. He's a LIER. |
