| Comments: I originally left positive feedback, but the Money Order didn't clear because of an unreadable "To:" name. I requested repayment via email 6 times but no response, and returned the M.O. requesting another payment, still no response. |

| Rebuttal: I was out of town on business and was not aware of the problem. As soon as I became aware I sent a new money order and everything is worked out now. |
