| Comments: THIS IS A CUSTOMER THAT FELT UNSATISFIED, YET REFUSED TO SEND THE GUN BACK TO US. THE CUSTOMER THEN LEAVES A LESS THAN POSITIVE REVIEW OF OUR SERVICES. WE INFORMED THEM ON HOW TO PROCEDE, YET THEY DID NOTHING. WE FEEL THE GUN WAS REPRESENTED WELL UNDER THE NRA'S APPRAISAL SYSTEM. |

| Rebuttal: MMMMMMMMM lets see,was quick to post feed back but did not respond when I tryed to solve the problem! And never once was told I could return gun. Beware of this seller. |
