| Rebuttal: I offered to return his new firearm to the maker for him. Once I got his back gun in my hands, I see that it is damaged by dry firing. After he continued argueing & cursing I gave him a refund. 24hrs later he's upset that the credit hasn't made it to his credit card. NOTHING will please this guy |

| Rebuttal: Buyer could've asked more Q's, like what brand & model this item was so he could google info about it. He simply said he wanted it in addition to the auction he won & I combined S&H for him an numerous items. He did not contact me to make it right, He just left negative feedback. *shrug* |

| Rebuttal: I e-mailed all bidders the same day I found out the gun was no longer available to sell. I agree it was my fault for listing it as a "reserve" auction, that could not be "closed early" |
