| Comments: BUYER BEWARE! Unethical business practices. This seller now has the gun and my money. Refuses to refund money after initial agreement to do so. In his rebuttals it's always the buyer's fault. This looks to be a pattern, also. |

| Rebuttal: This(buyer)is one of those wonderful people who is always right. His version of the situation is the only correct one. I offered once to return the gun to him at my expense, but he never responded to my offer, out of stubborness. The conflict resolution team at Acution Arms called it a draw. |

| Rebuttal: Thus guy "Walker gun guy" has a hair trigger whem it comes to negative feedback. He had his gun within three weeks of purchase, which isn't too bad. As to all the alleged unanswered e-mail, that is simply untrue. Perhaps he naievly believes that every e-mail he sends actually gets though. |

| Rebuttal: Seller was unable to quote shipping fee due to an unusually sized item. I e-mailed several times without answer. It is absolutely untrue that I did not answer his e-mail. Compare this with my other feedback and you can judge for yourself who is the reliable one. |

| Comments: Won bid on Black Powder Rifle. Policy requiring shipment to FFL holder is CLEARLY stated in auction. Customer was aware of policy. After detirmining we would not change that policy per his request after winning (a corporate policy we have no control over), Customer chose to not honor bid. |

| Rebuttal: You read it. What can I say?? This fellow's confusion has not gotten any worse as time passed. He sends me one price, then another, and when I suggest he just forget the whole thing, he gets ticked off. Consider the source. |
