| Comments: Gun left mint. Came back with scratches and powder residue. No phone call was made to me ref. return. I refused refund. Threatened with charges being filed with Postal police for mail fraud!!. Have no lawyer did nothing wrong. AA said no call no refund. I did anyway. Lose lose situation |

| Rebuttal: Rifles shipped in gun cases need packing around them so they don't shift around and get damaged. Once you commit to a refund, don't back out. |
