| Rebuttal: I would like to keep Mr Clam1 as a customer... However, I feel inclined to offer some rebuttal... We received one of those all too common UNIDENTIFIED FFLs and Money orders with NO NAME, NO USER ID, NO GUN DESCRIPTION, NO BID NUMBER, NO AUCTION Reference... We process 20 to 30 orders a day... If our customer does care about being careful with his money we do... we put it in a bin for safe keeping and hope someone writes to ask about their order... Mr Clam1 ultimately did write about his... He himself told me we had not cashed his check... When it was identified by him... we cashed it... cleared the funds... and shipped his box all within 5 business days... Not bad considering the bank placed a 5 day hold on the check... Some times even good people don't realize they have created their own problem... Now I submit... where was the poor communication...?
