| Comments: Gun was discribed as " as new".the dealer I had it shipped to rated at 90%. The barrle was extremely dirty with some kind of fouling in it that took about 4 hours of hard core cleaning to get it out.If your gonna sell a gun "as new" He did help me out in the prosess of buying. |

| Rebuttal: Same old recurring theme. Customer goes to gun shop and looks around. Finds it cheaper on the internet and has the dealer do the transfer. Dealer makes 20.00 on transfer instead of the 100.00 he thought he would make selling him a gun. Dealer down grades gun to discourage furhter online purchases. |

| Comments: Gun was described as being in 90% condition and I paid top dollar only to find out that it rated 70% by the dealer it was shipped to. I was disappointed at the condition, finish is coming off of wood and bluing is pitted up. |
