| Comments: The gun was litted as new in the box, when it arrived the barrels were dirty like it had been shot. Also it was listed as an anniversary model, but it does not say anything about that on the gun. |

| Rebuttal: Firearms we list as new-in-box are just that, New-in-Box. We do not purchase firearms for investment purposes to take them to the range to fire them. When the firearm left our office, is was spotless inside and out. No place in our auction did we list this firearm as an anniversery addition. |
