| Comments: The sale went well. Should have described a major stock repair. In fairness this would be included in NRA "Good" condition. Would probably have left positive feedback if he had bothered to answer my last email for a possible slight price adjustment. |

| Comments: the rifle came in decent time but the dies were missing parts the brass was old junk military, (waste of postage) the rings I thought were an extra came factory with rifle. A month and a half later he did finally send me the parts for the dies.And yes I did get my buck .Just be careful. . |

| Rebuttal: THE BR----WAS MILITARY CLEAN AN THE DIE DECAPPING PIN WAS MISSING SO I TRYED TO GET THE PART BUT AFTER 3 WEEKS I SENT HIM A WHOLE NEW DIE I ALSO TOLD HE I WOULD TAKE THE GUN BACK AS IT WAS BRAND NEW IN THE BOX. BUT NEVER SAID HE THE PART FOR THE DIE WHICH I SENT TO HIM ASAP |

| Comments: Poor description of item and specific questions answered on inquiry not accurate. I will not ask 22 to take it back, as I have been out of town past the 3 day inspection, but will not trust his judgement as to "No pits" and "like new" again. |
