| Rebuttal: E-MAILED SELLER SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT MARTINI ACTION, EACH TIME HE SAID DID NOT KNOW MODEL TYPE OF FIREARM. BUT AFTER I FOUND OUT BY OTHER MEANS ABOUT THE ITEM (AFTER AUCTION ENDED) HE SEEMED TO KNOW EVERYTHING THERE WAS TO KNOW ABOUT A MARTINI TYPE ACTION. |
