| Comments: Gun was just as described but when my FFL holder cycled the gun the firing pin fell out, dont know if it was shipped that way or he dry fired it. I was offered a refund but will have it fixed rather than pay return shipping. |

| Rebuttal: The gentleman called me over a week after receipt of the gun. Still, he was offered a full and immediate refund, but said he'd think about it and leave positive feedback if he decided to keep the gun. I'm very sorry that he wasn't completely satisfied, but don't know what else I could have done. |
