| Comments: Sent me a defective scope. It was missing basic parts and did not(could not) function as promised. He did not respond to my inquiries about the problems. He cannot be trusted. |

| Rebuttal: If there was a real issue with the item I would take care of it. The buyer expected extra accessories (basic parts) that were not advertised as part of the auction but in the buyers mind it was expected. I cannot please everyone no matter what I do there will always be 1 out of 100 or so like that. |
