| Comments: Mailed payment on 2/13, sent it PRIORITY MAIL hoping to receive pistol within one weeks time. As of todays date, 2/27, two weeks later, I still have no pistol. As far as Iam concerned, this is very poor response time for a transaction. |

| Rebuttal: I recieved payment on 2-18-03 and shipped on 2-19-03 if this is not fast enough I don't know what is. Its not my falt that it takes this amount of time for the package to reach him. |
