| Comments: Contact was prompt w/info. needed to send payment. Gun came as described..but weapon badly out of time. I'm having it fixed locally..no big deal due to getting gun for low price..but with additional money being spent..could have bought the same gun locally..and not waiting for repair. |

| Comments: i bid on a duplicate listing. it was not listed as a mistake and i did not know it was a duplicate until the auction was over. i thought i had won the auction but then was informed that they listed it as a duplicate. |

| Comments: For starters this is the first time I have felt the need to leave a negative on anybody, but becuase he did offer a full refund I will leave it as a neutral. In the beginning, comunication problems, I didn't get a response to my email from them for four days after the end of the auction. (Their Email "went down" for a few days was what I was told) Took some time to get the Item in the mail(from end of auction till receival of item, almost a month) Item was describe as "excellent condition" it was not in excellent condition, it had a lot of wear and tear on it. In the end they did offer to fully refund the purchase. |

| Comments: This is a bit of a mixed message. First I'd like to congratulate the seller on a fast transaction. I sent payment the day after the auction and he was most prompt in getting the goods out to me. That's the up side. The down side is that he did not respond to two e mails I sent him requesting the UPS tracking number when he shipped. He did e mail me directly when there was some confusion as to who my FFL holder was. And shipped timely. The goods were I felt a little over rated in his discription but rating is at least part subjective and they were not so bad as to make me want to send it back. The packaging was awful. The rifle arrived in a homemade cardboard box with I believe a new ding or two in the stock from UPS as could be expected given how it was packaged. All in all a mixed transaction. There are some things I would still buy from this seller if the price was right but I would NEVER buy anything real valuable from him. This is the first other then positive feed back I can recall leaving on Auction Arms. A basically honest and fast transaction but with some glitches. |

| Comments: They delivered a very nice firearm that I am pleased with but, they did a very poor job of packing the collectable gun,box,and parts. Lucky it was not damaged. |
