| Comments: Gun had insert in mag slot as described but it was welded in and the receiver was broken at the upper tang and poorly welded on underside which was not mentioned. Money was refunded but I am not happy at losing $30+ to look at a poorly described gun. |

| Rebuttal: Funny, the next buyer raved about the rifle, and did not find the "undisclosed" problems. "Lost" money was from Credit Card processing charges that were not refundable. |

| Comments: Shotgun was surely an old re-blue. This fact was not mentioned and when confronted, seller insisted it was not. Price was right and I retained ownership. Not a bad experience, just not as described...... |

| Rebuttal: I describe my guns as honestly. IF this 93 year old shotgun had "an old reblue", it's a very old one which looked original to me. I always refund on any gun with which the the buyer is not satisfied. This gentleman never contacted me after the sale, or I would have made it right to his satisfaction. |

| Comments: Auction ended on the 7th. Pay-pal'ed the money that night mailed my FFL next day. Did not ship until the 16th. UPS delivered on the 26th. happy with the rifle but you'd think prompt pay would equal prompt shipment. The fiasco with UPS might have been avoided with quicker shipment. |

| Rebuttal: He's mad at UPS for totaly messing up this shipment. Since he can't slam them, he's transferred his anger to me. Sound out his Username phonetically and you'll understand what type of guy he is. I stand by my 85 POSITIVE feedbacks. |
