| Comments: When I examined the gun, I did not think it was original. He said it was original, but agreed to accept the return. When it got there he claimed someone had damaged the gun. No one here did. He insists on resending the gun not a refund. My first negative AA deal. I'm Frustrated / disapointed |

| Rebuttal: Rifle arrived June 12th. Rifle not returned until 2 July. There is damage to the receiver screws. No refunds on firearms damaged AFTER receipt by the buyer. I have "before" and "after" photos to prove my point. I play by the rules (90 positive feedbacks), and I expect everyone to do the same. |
