Comments: First contact with dealer, they answered my question promtly. I got the bid on the item and contacted the seller twice within a 3 day period but no answer. Still no contact after 6 days. Not good!!!

Rebuttal: I did not respond promptly,6 days as I was out of town and it just hit me at a bad time. We were also preparing for Hurrican Isabel which did cause considerable damage in our area. Normal response is immediate. Sorry!

Comments: First time I fired one shotgun something broke after only putting four shells thru it.Just plain wont fire.I wanted to return it, ,but only got an offer to repair it.This is not acceptable to me.People should stand behind their product.This was a new gun in the box.

Rebuttal: The manufacturer will take care of any warranty problems and this is proper procedure, especially on a new product. I am sorry the buyer was not satisfied with this.
