| Comments: Seller shipped item to the wrong address. I informed seller and he immediately got hostile. I gave very clear shipping instructions via PayPal payment. Nowhere on auction does it say only ships to auction address. Shipper now refuses to refund shipping cost even though I do not have the item. |

| Rebuttal: I shipped to the listed Auction Arms shipping address. The buyer stated that his wife did in fact have the item and was going to forward it to his current location. I offered to refund him $5 to help defray shipping costs. He refused. I guess that is what he considers hostility. |
