| Comments: The buyer was nice and sent funds, but no FFL. When I contacteed him about this he said he didn't realize he needed a FFL to buy a rifle even though my auction and correspondence clearly stated this. I tore up his check and kindly reminded him to check the laws before he bids. |

| Rebuttal: His auction did state that an F.F.L. was required according to state law..In some states a Civil War Spencer Carbine is a repeating rifle,such as N.J and requires an F.F.L...I live in VA.and it is an antique,as almost everywhere else in U.S.unfortunate,as it was a nice carbine,and I hated losing it |
