Comments: The "FINE" condition Krag with "EXCELLENT" bore cost me $850. Cleaning revealed a thoroughly pitted rough bore that my gunsmith rated as FAIR. Buyers must beware this seller's false advertising. I was ripped off about $400.

Rebuttal: We offer a 3 day inspection and the item can be returned, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! This transaction was carried out quite well, but instead of notifying us of a problem, the buyer chose to leave negative feedback. We would have gladly worked it out to his satisfaction.

Comments: I got the pp and the holster, the holster has a rip in the hold down strap this was not shown in the pictures. I emailed them and they are not going to do any thing about it. Not very good for a AA seller.

Comments: I met the reserve price and was the winner. The seller could not complete the transaction because he did not have or own the pistol he offered and I was not informed of this till I finally was able to reach him three days after the auction ended.

Comments: The 1851 Colt Navy was described AS NEW in the auction ad. When it arrived I found varnish chipped off the grips and light rust pitting on the case colored frame and loading rod. I decided to keep the gun and we negotiated a partial refund.

Comments: Gun described as "99% bright blue, mint bore, fired very little" is a re-blue over pitting and dirtier than anything I ever dragged home from the range! No ans. from seller. He's either in need of glasses or a conscience.

Rebuttal: I allow a 3 day inspection. If he wants to return the gun,I will still refund his $220.00.In his letter to me he stated that he did not want to return the gun, because it cost to much to ship, and he wanted to know what I was going to do about it.I do not know what he expects.

Rebuttal: Gun was returned and money refunded. This gun was described as having a stress crack in the buttstock behind the receiver. For a fifty year old gun the wood is very good only showing normal wear for its age. This gentleman was extremely picky and posted the feedback before even contacting us with his dissatisfaction. Not a very honorable business transaction.

Comments: FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION! This person advertised a All American 2000 Colt on Auction Arms as Factory New. I didn't meet the reserve, but was offered the gun at my price. I agreed to buy the gun ONLY if the gun had no flaws. The gun arrived with a big scrape on the slide to bare metal(not from shipping). The gun money was returned but I was cheated out of the shipping money (both ways) The gun not only was misrepresented, but shipped to me after being told that I would only purchase the gun if it had NO FLAWS.

Rebuttal: This gun was advertised as "as new in the box, and never been fired". When the gun was returned, the "scrape" this gentleman is referring to, turned out to be a rubbed area on the flat of the receiver visible when you turned it and viewed it under bright lights. This probably happened from being stored in the box. We do not feel that this gun was misrepresented in any way and even offered it to him under the listed reserve. The man was refunded his money as requested and shipping cost, as always, was his responsibility.
