| Comments: rifle was dropped in a shipping box with no packing material.This was after I had already received another rifle shipped in this manner and asked for this one to be packed a little better.Arrived with muzzle sticking out of the end of the box. Returned rifle, received a personal check for a refund. |

| Rebuttal: I've shipped a couple hundred with no problems, but for some reason everything shipped to this buyer had the muzzles sticking though two layers of cardboard???? He must have the world's roughest UPS man! |

| Comments: Item was in a lot worst shape then described in auction, more rust and pitting then mentioned but all in all good communication and shipping was good. At least a C+ rating........... |

| Rebuttal: I thought description and pictures gave an accurate view of the item's condition. Refunds are always given if buyer is unhappy with items purchased. No refund was asked for. |
