Comments: Buyer purchased primed brass, refuses to pay UPS shipping rates, asked to ship USPS priority mail which is illegal. Very uncooperative.

Rebuttal: Seller was convinced the only way to ship four boxes (80 rounds) of empty primed br----was same as four boxes of LOADED AMMO. He insisted on $21.55 shipping for maybe 2.5 lbs packed. I suggested USPS Priority at $5. He acted demanding and authoritarian. I chose not to be raped on shipping.

Comments: Invoice sent day after auction. 4-25 follow up email of invoice and payment info posted to auction after he said he missed the original invoice. 5-22, still no payment received.

Rebuttal: I have never had a negative feedback before, but after looking at this I guess I should of looked at my spam folder more often. Actually I never look at my spam folder. I just delete it about once a week. Still, I should have followed through. My bad. Wish I had that manual.
