| Comments: Unpleasant transaction. Asked seller to pack collectible box ammo so it not be damaged during transit. Ignored request, sent in padded bag. Bag not damaged, ammo crushed. Returned for refund. Seller refused to pay return UPS. I shouldn't have to pay when seller clearly negligent. |

| Rebuttal: He got an immediate refund, including shipping. The rounds were not damaged, only the box. It was sent in bubble wrap in a padded mailer. He refused to make a claim with the shipper. This boorish fool would have gotten "return shipping" if he had been the least bit pleasant about the matter. |
